Refund Policy

Goldybay.com - Social Media Ads Management Fees

Note: This policy applies only to the **Goldybay Management Fees** paid monthly. Ad Spend (money paid directly to Facebook/Google) is handled by those platforms and is not eligible for refund from Goldybay.com.

1. General Refund Stance

Our monthly management fees are paid in advance for the allocation of expert resources, strategic planning, and labor. As such, these fees are **generally non-refundable** once service delivery and account setup have commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A partial refund may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

Condition Refund Decision
Non-Commencement of Service If Goldybay fails to initiate **any** setup or strategy work within 7 business days of payment, a **pro-rata refund** for the unused portion of the month may be issued.
Client Cancellation Mid-Month **Not eligible for a refund.** The service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Service Suspension by Goldybay If Goldybay is forced to permanently stop the service for reasons not caused by the client's breach of contract, a **pro-rata refund** for the remaining service days will be issued.

3. Refund Request Procedure (Paystack Transactions)

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to hi@goldybay.com with the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Business Name]".
  2. The email must include the **Paystack Transaction Reference** number.
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the request, citing the applicable condition above.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via Paystack) within **14 business days** of the approval date. Paystack's processing times may vary.
